I was being bored one day and entered a picture ( i dont remember which one) to a contest on picture.com....so i get this email... and im trying to figure out whether this is bull$(@ trying to pull me into a scheme i don't want to be in....any advice????
The email should be at this link, if it doesnt work let me know

What does the email say?
I have been receiving emails saying;
your friend
your co-worker
your fellow photographer
etc.,etc.,etc.
has sent you an e-card.
Then it ask me to click the link and its strikingly similar to your url.
If so do not open it. It's full of trojan's. |

Basicaly you send them your pic and You MIGHT win a prize but then they will offer you a limited time chance to Buy a book for like $50-$75 with your picture in it. Its a ripoff to make them profit. |

It's what's called vanity press. Virtually everyone who sends a photo in gets published.
Technically it's not a scam because they do deliver the goods they sell you -- but it is a waste of money.
