Wow, I just looked thru the images. There are so many good ones that I'd have a hard time picking out a favorite.

It's funny, when you said "starting your models portfolio", I expected to see "newby style images". You may just be starting a portfolio for your models, but you're definitely not just starting!

I like your control of the lights. I assume the images with harsh shadows must be on purpose as you definitely don't do it in all of them. Most of the poses are interesting. Color looks good. B&W tones look good.

For more specific feedback, you might want to post the images into the DPC portfolio space so that we can leave comments on individual photos. But realy, they're looking quite good.

wow, you've got some quality stuff in there!

of the ones out of the first gallery (which is your studio work you wanted to have critics on i guess) i like those two most

on the last two the shadow of the model is just a bit obvipusly bothering me, but maybe that was intentional and so just a matter of taste. i also like your outdoor portrait work alot, really cool stuff, respect!

I like all the shots on the couch - great lighting and very retro. :)

Your lighting is top notch, i actually really like number nine? i guess? its one of the ones where her shaddow on the wall is really obvious, i think you did a GREAT job with that. normally i hate that kind of shaddow but it works WONDERFULLY in that shot. number 16? in the swim suit and her hand on her head just feels unoriginal to me, her pose isn't anything unique and im not sure if she would stand out with that picture, her body is great though. I really like the smoke trail in number one but at that angle she looks almost like she has a double chin, which i don't think would be desireable for a model :) number four on the couch just fantastic and very emotive, i love the color scheme and the pattern on the wall in number five

:)

The model shots are great. The gallery setup stinks, IMO.

I found this a while back and I really like it. //www.huddletogether.com/projects/lightbox2/

Not digging the lighting on this one. the feet and knees are much brighter than the rest of the body, distracting me.
