I am getting more agressive in marketing senior portraits. One product I have seen, is a larger print, perhaps 16x20 that has 3 portraits in it of different poses or outfits of the person. I have been looking for a publisher I can go through for this, or is this something that must be done in photoshop. And if so, how? Thanks all!

For printing I often use bayphoto.com. Their ROES system has many different templates that do what you describe and more and they're all customizeable.
Or you can just do it in photoshop.

Find a pro lab (not Mpix - they are good, but are a consumer lab)
whcc, H&H color lab are two that are good.
What you are likely talking about is called a 'senior comp' - composite. There are as many ways of making a composite as there a pixels on all the sensors ever made.
You use layers in photoshop - each image on a layer, and then mask a bit here and then there, etc to get what you want as the finished product.
The other option is to use a company like culver or mayne supply (there are literally tens of hundreds of them) that make premade mats and frames - a 16x24 frame, w/glass and a double mat with 5 openings runs about $60-70. The prints are cheap (an 8x10, 2 5x7, 2 4x5) and you have a finished wall portrait with 5 poses in it that you can sell for $500 or more. This is what my packages are based on.
Like this
something like this in a 4x10 or 8x20 is popular

Thanks for the ideas. I wasn't really thinking of the glass portfolio frame, but maybe I should. I was thinking something a bit more on this line:
//www.bayphoto.com/catalog/largesize.php
I already offer folios made of imitation leather that are trifolded. It holds 8 4x5's. The folio costs me $10-12 and I charge them $40, and give them the pics to fill it for free...which cost me about $1. Maybe we need to have a convention so we can all learn from each other various idea. I know I am willing to learn from all you who are much more experienced!!

SPA //www.spartists.com/ and there another national senior photog org out there too.
Add in PPA - local or state ones - and there is lots of stuff out there to learn from.
I joined the local org - //www.trianglephotographers.org/ - they have spring and fall meetings where they bring in speakers to do 1, 4, and 8 hour seminars, as well as a week long school in March.
You go, listen, take notes and get million dollar ideas!
Some of the speakers on Senior photography have been:
//www.redfordphotography.com/ - large studio averaging $1200/senior in sales
//www.vgallery.net/ - started in her home about 6 years ago, bought and has filled a former bowling alley with her studio. Averages $1800 a senior.
//www.momentoimages.com/ Jen Hillenga - a true artist with a great eye and outstanding creativity (and she gives out candy too!). $2400 per student average
//www.romaguera.com/ I took a week long class from Ralph and learned a LOT. He runs 3 studios specializing in schools and Seniors in New Orleans, averages (before katrina anyway) $800/ senior, but you don't want to ask how many he does. One school prom - one night - will bring in $20,000 in sales. BIG schools, and many of them means he doesn't need high per client averages, but does mean that multiple photogs at multiple studios must shoot the same thing, well, every time.
They all (except ralph) sell very similarly - projection, and packages are not 20 prints of 2 poses in an envelope.
I don't do may seniors (yet - just signed my first ambassador) and she bought $453 in items (plus the $80 session fee)- plus what she'll get as an ambassador. Her sister came through my studio early on - 2 year ago, was the 2nd or 3rd senior I shot and she spent $150ish - back when I sold the same stuff as everyone else, gave out a proof book, etc.
I can't imagine $1200 or 1800 averages, but last fall I was averaging just over $800/senior ... My next one (twin guys) come in Tuesday for their View and Choose session. I am interested to see how much they go for.
For folios I use TAP Superios or sometimes Art Leather iMount - art leather is cheaper, but you must buy 10 the same at one time.
