dont you know brain cell transfer is a highly complicated and TIME CONSUMING operation? ;) |
... and they're always in the midst of the transfer so neither one ever has a complete cell. I get it now. |

Well, which is it?

You guys are right, I was unclear and confusing. I personally don't think laughing at death is terribly funny, especially as a few people in my life have suffered losses of that kind so I am sensitive. However, I locked the thread because the jokes weren't funny, and they are disruptive. My apologies for appearing contradictory.

Sometimes laughing at death is the only way to cope with the magnitude of tragedy. Maybe until you've stared it down and lived to tell you don't understand that.
As far as the jokes being not funny, just like your take on photographs that's a matter of opinion.
Would you lock a thread because you disliked the picture being discussed? |

I will be absolutely transparent:
I locked those threads because I believe them to be disruptive and while one or two threads isn't too bad, I didn't want a proliferation of such threads in the forums should they become popular. |

...and I am convinced. I'm unlocking all threads I locked on this issue. My apologies to all who were offended by my actions. Please feel free to do as you please on these photography forums. Godness knows, if so many other stupid threads live, why can't these?
regards,

Actually it's like quantum physics where a particle can appear to occupy two places at the same time. Actually the particle can change from point A to point B instantaneously. Via an Einstein Rosen bridge I suppose. Or Adobe bridge.

a stand up move ... much respect to you.
(ps ... i don't even know what thread we're talking about, but most likely locking it was smart)
:)
