I took this Photo during a Bit of Idle Time I had at a wedding.
I have always had a soft Spot for Old Bently's and Rolls Royces and this Little Silver Lady is the Standard Bearer of their Craftsman Ship.

Whats your Thoughts on what I am saying and also My Capture !

Cheers
Joe

Its a Right Bummer when you make the effort to share something and no one replies.
Dont Know if its a Good thing or a Bad Thing.
Plu I am not sure if our American Friends are Tuned into the Silver Lady !

Cheers Joe

I don't know if Rolls-Royce or Bentleys are the best that money has to offer, but I truly am amazed at the hand-craftsmanship that goes into them. If you think the hood ornament is a testament, go scrutinize the interior appointments - wow.
I have a few shots of some classic hood ornaments in my shop's office, and they certainly add a touch of class to the joint - far more than I add anyway..
;)

I looked at it but I had no idea what that was. I mean, I knew it was a hood ornament but that's about it. so don't take it personally. It's a very nice shot.

Nice picture. Back in high school I wanted to get one and put it on my Datsun, we called it the Mini-Rolls

There was a time, long time ago. When Rolls Royce was the best money could buy. They were hand crafted and unbelievably repeated precise machining for the time. Going 17,000 miles without major servicing was an accomplishment at the time for them.

In this modern world I guess not anymore, but they have aname and they have a good history.
