A very nice local officer who has known the family for years has checked on joe and found all to be fine. I would to remind everyone that joe is teen and they go through alot as they grow up. Joes not bad, just growing up so don't judge to harshly.
Do NOT turn this post into a fight, or judgement forum PLEASE. It is only to let people know joes fine.
