I use a Nikon D70s and forgot to change the colour temperature from incadescent to daylight after my last shoot. Consequently I had a bunch of outdoor jpg photos with a very, very blue cast. I tried many different methods to correct the problem and this is the first one that actually worked. Thank you so much for this excellent tutorial. If I were a bit better I would write an action using this method.
Moral of the story - if you must use jpg use RAW + jpg!
