Saw this and want to share with you who are playing on Flickr. Suppose this is where Brad has his 'watermark' advantage...

This Link from that blog is another blog from an attorney whose image was used. There's an interesting list of comments at the bottom to expand the legal discussion.
As a response to another forum post, I found one of my images (and two other recognizeable DPC images) on someone's blog. They were credited to DPC members by user name, but the blog was in an eastern European language, I could not read it. It appears the blogger is a member. Still, I would have appreciated some notice.
I'm working on a watermark this weekend. My stuff ain't that great, but it's MY stuff.

I can not wait for my Watermark proggie. They seem to have some problem though, I have now been waiting for a week since I paid, and still no proggie.
But yes, I also played on Flickr for a short time. When Brad encountered his problem with his pic posted there, I looked into the whole thing and just knew it is in the final analysis one bad place to be.
So C_Steve_G, I can not agree with you more, my pics are nothing to brag about, but they are mine. |
