I'll most likely be there on Saturday, Rob. I'll have the family in tow since work was awesome and gave me passes for them this weekend too - and I'll be catching photos of what I wasn't able to get on Thurs and Fri solo. Feel free to drop me a PM if you want to meet up and I will send you my cell# back.
Im certainly not made of sugar and will not melt, so I will be there tomorrow even if its pouring. At the very least if I cannot shoot cars I have a few appointments I need to keep with vendors. Its pouring right now and the jeep is full of water! so I will be soggy anyway. LOL
You cant really miss me if you see me about, and you REALLY can't miss me if the family is with me. I throroughly look like some short chubby random roving hippy/biker photographer with floofy hair and large tattoo. When I'm with the family its me plus the very scary large biker-type looking husband and a swarm of small people that are all knees and elbows around us.

I'll be there all days off and on, rain or shine... Rob, if you need my cell, PM me. Nice photos Ryan! I'll post some of mine later. I hope you return and I have some time to talk. I ended up having to go to Groton CT today to deliver banners. Hope to meet everyone!

Let me know if you all plan to meet up on the weekend- I'll try to work my schedule around it. I am especially interested in shooting the action downtown in the evenings- Motorcycle Stunts, Flame Throwers, Beer Garden, etc.

Couldn't find your booth yesterday Dex, where abouts are you? I also tried your cell and got a guy named Skippy. LOL
I had a good time yesterday, though it was really quiet at the car show.
If you guys get a chance, lookout for the gentlemen shooting for the T&G portraits. His name is Bob, and he worked as a photographer for the paper for 36 years and recently retired. He came back this week to work the show. He is totally sweet, a plethora of information and a perfect gentleman. I sat and chatted for quite awhile with him and was completely charmed.
Also, the film crew guys are a plethora of information and know where every car is, how old they are and if the owners are approachable. They also took pity on my asthmatic self and gave me lifts in thier golf cart. LOL
I also made aquaintance with the freestyle motorcycle (XFR) crew down at the tunnel. What a blast! They were also very.... intense for the camera (!)... after chatting with them for awhile. One guy charged me doing a nose wheelie - and pinned the toes of my sandals to the pavement with the bike. So it was nervewracking - but an awesome time.

This was taken about half a second before he had me cornered and pinned. LOL

Hey Dex... Left you a message on cell but you seem to not be around your phone.... You got a real job going or something :-) I will give you another bell tomorrow morning and hope I can catch ya... Left my real phone# on your cell. I plan to be there by 1pm tomorrow and stay for the later stuff. I cannot make Sun but should get enough rubber & smoke in my lungs tomorrow :-) Are you up the back towards the burnout pad this year again?

Ryan... I don't have a cell but if you are around tonight/tomorrow PM me and we can meet-up at some point..... Whatever works.
