I've now got PS CS3 (Extended) and I've being trying to install it on our new laptop without success. The laptop spec - Centrino Duo running Vista Premium with Elemnts 5 already installed.
I tried loading both as both standalone and connected to the net. It will only install: Bridge, Device Central, Help Center and Help Viewer, Stock Photos, Utilities and Extend Scrip Toolkit.
I've loaded it now onto our older desktop machine and it worked.
The desktop spec - Athlon 64 3200+ running XP Home (SP2) with Elemnts 4 already installed.
Any thoughts or ideas?

I don't remember having a problem when I installed CS3 ... but if I did, the most common solution to problems running programs with Vista is to right-click and "run as administrator".

I have CS3 running perfectly on Vista Home Premium x64
The PC is an Athlon X64 3000 with 2Gb mem.
Didn't have any problems whatsoever with CS3, most of my problems were with the Vista upgrade and the lack of supported device drivers for the 64bit OS
