I just bought the 70-200 2.8 IS USM. Can't wait, its my first L.
Bought this because this weekend there is an Aikido seminar at my dojo and if anyone does Aikido, they probably know who Chiba sensei is. Anyway he is coming to do a dedication ceremony and teach 2 days of classes. For those that don't know who he is, he is an original student of the founder of Aikido and is one of the highest ranking aikidoka alive today. He can arguably be the most skilled and most respected aikidoka in the world.
He is coming to norhtern VT to teach and I need quality photos for my sensei and it was just time to step up into the realm of L.

| congrats on the new purchase! can't wait to see the images of Chiba ... admittedly, I know nothing about Aikido, but still would like to see the pictures ... |
