I figure there are about 20 or so folks here who know where that line comes from....

I stuck the CD (the one made from the actual broadcast, not the "mastered" version which lacks the dialogue bits) in my car this morning and I still find the whole thing utterly and completely delightful. I can't sing worth a damn, but I sing along anyway, except for the duet between Amber and Tony, which for some reason always makes me cry.

You've won the chance to go stick the CD in a player near you and sing along for the day. :-)

I think when I deploy for my six month fun filled summer/fall vacation to sandy places, I'm taking the camera (the old one), the 50 mm and the kit lens, the laptop and some earphones, and six seasons worth of BtVS on DVD. (I never did get the 7th season - will have to do that one of these days.)

But the musical still ranks as the single most creative, entertaining hour+ of television I've seen. I'm sure it helped to be a fan of the show, but the whole thing was freakin' brilliant.

SO how's this for odd circumstances.
I've never watched the show, but a couple of days ago was rummaging through some Bonnie Tyler songs and ran across that one by her. I clicked a few more times and saw it was from BtVS.
