hint: read graphicfunk's tutorial-type threads
actually read anything by gf, or any of his shot descriptions and you can learn how to do all kinds of things in basic.

The link I sent him was to a ribbon-winning challenge entry, in which the photographer explained his setup in great detail. I didn't give him any information that isn't publicly accessible on the site, except to tell him that the entry he had a question about was validated.
