lol try getting photoshop to run on that

I think the monitor is says pagemaker damn I hated that program...

A really BAD dream :)

But we loved all that gear then, it was cutting edge!

good thing it ahs mouse support otherwise it wouldn't be worht more than $7,500 tops.

Well since I worked at RadioShack I should know this but I think it was 1989.

That was a 1989 ad. At $8,500 then, it would be $34,000 in today's dollars.

In 1989 Photoshop did run on

A Cray XMP Super Computer version 0.9 to render the water tentacle in "The Abyss"

I guess I was right. :P ...I didn't even read that, I was thinking that was the per Mo. $ because that the way RadioShack posted their ads in the 90's and after 2000.

I also remember selling cell phones for over $1000 with contract @ $1.50 a minute all the time.
*NO free minutes
*NO Peak/Off Peak
*NO free weekends
*NO mobile-2-mobile minutes

But on the PLUS side even the handheld models (The Brick) had 3-watts of power.

Pfff, fortunately we managed fine until a couple of years ago with a 6Mhz Morrow running Pearl.

You looked really cool though walking with a battery the size of your briefcase. Nobody was bitching about handsfree either, altough it had that build in.
