We went to start editing an image and do some cloning. But when we went to clone it didnt seem to be doing anything. We discovered that when we set the brush really large that when we actually used it only a very thin stroke would be drawn. This was the same in both cloning and painting.

You can see int he screen shot that my brush size was set at 749 pixels, but the actual brush stroke at full pressure with our pen (and the same with the mouse) would just give this thin line. Anyone have any ideas or suggestions?

I was going to suggest giving up photography altogether, but if you've solved the problem...... ;-)
