I think bands are one of the most interesting subjects you can find. They are all so diffrent and quirky. Makes for good photos. Bands are goofy however. When I worked as a sound engineer I came to learn that every band thinks they sound better than they really do. When they heard themselves played back they would many times yell, "we don't sound like that!?". It is the same with photos. All band members think they look better than they do.

Left you some comments. Keep working with bands! You will find the more and more you do, the more fun you will have. After you find a few tricks that work for you it gets easier.

Keep your shots loose, and crop later. If you are going for face shots keep them uncomfortably tight together. That is my only words of advice.

Kansas City Day 1: --June 1, 2007-- City appears to be empty. Saw few natives. Evidence suggests there are inhabitants. We were on the lookout when we were frightened by our own reflection. Retreated to hotel to contemplate our next moves.

Thanks, Chris! The red sculpture is a "stabile" by Calder...don't know it's title (Shiva, maybe?).

Kansas City Day 2:
--June 2, 2007--
People! There are people in KC and they like to wear gym shorts!

Met a fellow DPC'r, too!

They have strange ways of riding motorcycles there...

...and the chicks are cool...

Also discovered that moving vehicles are not my forte'...more pics in Day 2 collection.
