I play the "mystery picture" game with friends and thought it would be fun to try here. I don't know if something like it has been done on this site but we play it like this:
1. One of us takes a picture of part of something and posts it in a thread.
2. The others ask yes or no type questions to try and try guess what it is. Example questions:
Is it smaller than a deck of cards?
Is it alive?
Is it a pencil?
Is it edible?
3. The person who takes the picture answers the questions until someone gets the correct answer. A picture of the whole object is posted afterwards.
Anyone want to play?
Here is the picture if you want to try to guess what it is:
-->added: It is helpful to ask questions about where you can find it (is it inside/outside/bedroom/living room/on top of something), about the size (bigger/smaller than something), materials, purpose (useful, decorative, common household item, work related, play related) etc.

I don't know - I used the "insert image" button in the "post reply" but maybe I did it incorrectly? |

no, I didn't turn it upside down to take the shot. The item was sitting there and I angled my camera slighly upward to take the shot. |

No flames come out of it and the purpose is not to generate heat. |
