I was a little worried when I booked this sitting....3 Little children and 3 older boys..The younger kids I knew wouldnt be a problem, I was just sooooo worried that the older boys were going to get into the studio and just stand there and hate every second of the sitting...MAN, WAS I WRONG!!
Had to be one the most fun shoots I have ever done!

Would love to see/hear about your shots, that just make it all worthwhile!

Great images, Bec. Funny thing, I didn't look at the name when I opened the thread, but read the comments then started glancing at the thumbs and KNEW they were yours right off. That's a good thing! :D

You got some great shots! I can imagine how nervous you were, I remember having to take portraits as a kid. I really like the 1st one and the B&W. Although they're all great.

Would you be willing to share your lights and how they were set up? I love the evenness of the light and how there aren't any nasty shadows even with so many different kids and limbs all over the place ;)

We just got new back lights the day before, I was pretty stoked with the outcome. Two Bowens(Esprit Gemini 500's) at the front left and right both with softboxes and two Bowens at the back left and right with refelctive umbrellas to blow out the white! I always try and keep the lighting nice and simple with kids, as they tend to move around quite a bit :).
