are you allowed to made a colour dark by "photoshop Elements"
Enhance menu
Adjust Colour
Replace colour
Then select the colour on the image and made it darker
is that allowed??? |

I believe that selecting the colour you want to change would be considered spot editing because you're using a selection tool, so it would *not* be legal.
As an alternative, you can adjust the colour channels separately in the Hue/Saturation window, which allows you to make certain channels darker. This *is* legal.
