TV has been gone for just shy of 10 years here too. Of course, I DID manage to watch the odd bit of Simpsons, Earl, and a few seasons of Battlestar Galactica in there... |

I don't intend to ever own a TV. All the channels are wholly useless, and the shows are junk. The only thing I ever watch are movies, and the ones I like, most of the actors are dead!

No choice for me. I gave up Cable TV about 8 months ago. I occasionally look at broadcast TV, but would not miss it. In fact, I'm not buying a converter or a digital TV anytime soon. So When Feb. 2009 comes my TV will be rendered useless. I plan on carrying it to the FCC HQ in DC and leaving it with them. ;)

i have a tv... but my laptops screen is bigger... i also have a plugin my laptop to watch cable... so i would give up the TV and do it all on my laptop.. :P |
