A recent challenge (now closed) entry had the following data associated with the photo:

Aperture: digital
ISO: digital
Shutter: digital

And here's another one:

Aperture: N/A
ISO: N/A
Shutter: N/A

I was of the opinion that we needed to show actual Aperure, ISO, and Shutter Speed.

Was this entry's data acceptable? Or did something slip by here?

It's not required information to submit an entry. You can put whatever you want in the blanks. Not very helpful information though is it.

I don't think that any of the fields are required when submitting a shot, but it is encouraged since this is a learning site.

If you are asked for validation, on the other hand, you must submit the original with all of the EXIF data intact so that the dates and processing can be validated by the SC.

edit: 19 seconds slow! :(
