I apologize for what may seem to be a silly question. I search all over and don't see any explanation for what the "workshop" is and what I would use it for.

you can put your stuff in there to see what it looks like online and nobody can see it unless you give them the link. |

It is a folder that is not open to public viewing. You can link to it in forum threads for example. People use it for various reasons. Some examples-
--to upload potential challenge entries for discussion with your DPL team
--so you can see a potential challenge entry before submitting it, to see what it looks like in the dpc 'environment'
--a place to put print files that you want personal prints of, but don't want viewable by the 'public'
--a place to put pics that you want to post in a thread, but you don't necessarily want as part of your viewable portfolio
--folks that help people with editing questions can put pics they are working on there
etc. you get the idea :-)
basically, for any reason you want access to a photo, but you don't want it in your viewable portfolio |
