Hi All!
I have been thinking lately how nice it would be to have a "photo buddy" to talk things through with while out taking photographs; i.e. subject, approach, etc.
So, I decided to arrange the Great New England Photography Get Together.
The first (of hopefully many) will be:
The Freedom Trail
This tour will include not only the sites and sounds of Boston, but the exchange of ideas and techniques, and friendship.
I would like to do this on a Saturday or Sunday morning in Sept, or at the latest October.
Your interest in this can be posted here, as well as the actual date and time people are available.
Emails can be directed to me from my profile page.

Great! I will put you both down.
Pitsaman: Don't laugh.. you have a great opportunity for "leading lines", "nature", "insects", "agriculture", "machinery", "Americana", and I am sure many more! :) |

Karen,
This sounds like a fantastic idea. I'll be away the last weekend in august until the end of the first weekend in september for my anniversary. Escaping to the cape, hopefully gonna get some good pics while there too.
Boston itself has a ton of photo opportunities that I can't wait to explore. It sure would be great to have a few people along to get some other perspectives! If you can schedule it for any of the last 3 weekends, I'll be there.

Kosta,
How far are you from Marshall Indiana? There is a State park there called Turkey Run. Great place to take photos. When i get home from the Army (2005) maybe we can have a Mid West get together!

We are coming close to the date (Sept. 27th, Saturday).
I would like to get a feel for the interest level, and how many would like to commit to that date.
Thanks.

I guess this is not going to happen. I haven't heard from anyone. Of course, if you all have been as busy as I have been then I totally understand.
I guess this is a last chance probe... Last chance for Sept anyway.

Kosta,
I'm only about 60 miles from Chicago, of course that's 60 miles by boat across the lake in Michigan. I do get over to Chicago on occasion. Maybe we could get together on one of my trips?
