Double image and double user...WHY!!

This person

GabrielS...aka...Gabriel Socias... got 10th place with this image in Usernames....

....and this person

bee74...aka...MARGA SOCIAS...entered the same image into Shapes.

The Shapes entry was DQ'ed for this reason -

"You may not use the same original image in more than one challenge."

So WHY was the Username entry allowed to keep its 10th place...and WHY are both members still allowed on site??

They were taken with the same camera, lens, locations and settings!!

could be: tripode,remote control and 2 hands for two click..... well should be two shots.... if they are two users :)

Yeah right...and the dragonfly will stay there that long with movement around it....without even moving a leg...NOT!! And the processing is exactly the same.

bee74 joined the day AFTER the image was taken!!!

SC...knew the image was duplicated in another challenge...so why allow double membership to continue and one of the images to stay in a challenge.

So does this mean that I can join up under another name and enter the same image in two challenges..and let them DQ the lowest scoring image..

I sent it to SC when it happened. It was man and a wife. The 10th place intry is valid, the wife entered the same picture and that was DQ'd. Trust me they already know about it hahaha.

Opening a ticket is the proper way to handle something if you have a question...not calling a member out in a public forum. The SC is aware of this situation and made a decision based on our findings. Not everything is always as it seems and not everyone cheats. And certainly no one needs to be called out in the forums without any details being known.
