Please give me your comment on this. How can I make it better? What is good about it?

I think the teeth and the whites of her eveys are a little too bright. Maybe tone those down and the glare on the parts of her face. Composition seems ok but maybe darken the backround some. Just my opinion take it with a grain of salt. Cheers!

| The pose is nice, and you have caught a happy and pretty expression. I would agree with treytrev about the whitening - does make it look a bit like a toothpaste ad! You need to be a bit more careful with your selection as well; there are a number of places around your model where the original background is still intact - I presume you applied selective gaussian blur or similar? |

True, try using a feathered brush (or feathered selection tool)with a proportional feathered value to pixel ratio when cutting out the lady (or erasing the blur over top).
