Instead of giving you the answer, I'll provide you a link to the rules. See if you can find the answer there. I just checked, and it's written up pretty clearly. :)
Basic Editing Rules
For future reference, the various rule sets are up there under the "Challenges" menu.
I'm not doing this to be a pain, but in the hope that you really don't know where to find the rules, and that this is more helpful than just answering this one question.

Didja know about the rules being under that menu?
Edited to add that I use neat image quite often on my basic entries.

i know where they are but i havent looked at the rules in a while and i remembered not understanding them when i first came here. i got a few DQ's. Thanks!

I'm not anyone, just no one - I've been told (by an SC member) that neat image IS allowed in basic editing. I'm sure 'as long as it is applied to the whole image' kind of thing. Write and ask to be sure. |
