Holy crap.
I have an audition tomorrow for a MOVIE that's filming in the area! It's called Gospel Hill... it has Julia Stiles in it...and Danny Glover... I sooooooo hope I get the part!
It's for a grocery store clerk-with lines and everything! The scene would be with Danny Glover..whoa.
Send me good vibes!!

Thanks you guys! I needed the extra excitement from you all before I went!
So, i'm back. It went well. And I was told I did "Excellent".
Now I wait. And wait. And......wait some more.
Hopefully I'll find out in the next week or 2 if I get the role.
I didn't whack any kneecaps, so if I don't get it, I'll blame it on that. HA. :)

That is Awesome that you actually had an audition. Congratulations I really hope you get the part. MAN then we would have a movie star on the site. hahha. Just think about all the views and emails you would get. hahaha. No really Good luck I really hope you get the part. I'll netflix the movie now so when it is released we will either see you or some nasty person that gets the part.
Do you get paid for it???

If you find a movie called Soul's Midnight, I'm in that as an extra. It stars Armande Assante. I'm pretty sure it was a straight to DVD type thing.
However, I didn't have to audition, I just had to show up.

Not saying anything bad about the movie "Souls Midnight" cause I haven't seen it, but one of the reviews says,
"If you're from Oklahoma and you're pretty bored, you might enjoy it."
I think I might like it, though I am not from Oklahoma, but I am pretty bored.
That's cool, I wanted to go and be an extra in a movie but it was through this service where a 40 dollar fee is up front for the listing and stuff. |

 Lowcivicman99 - Yeah, I found it on IMDB, but didn't see a release date...let me know if you find anything.
I know that they are filming around the area between June 11th, and July 15th or something.
I'll be sure to let you all know if I get the part!! Yes, it would be a paying role. Union wages are $700-ish a day...plus residuals. That could be a new lens!
My husband had a role in Mr. Brooks that comes out tomorrow... his scene was with Demi Moore! He plays HOLY CRAP! We'll probably go see him on the big screen this weekend! This is him on IMDB. :)

How did your audition go??
My 7 year old son has an audition Wednesday for the same film, can't wait to find out what happens. |
