This has probably been asked and answered before, but I see no way of searching the forums except reading everything -- which would take forever -- and I can't find the answer in the FAQs either.
In the statistics for a given photo, I see a rating number for commenters -- easy to figure out, but what does "Average Vote per Users w/ Cameras" verus "Average Vote per Users w/out Cameras" mean? I mean, if you're on a photo challenge website, wouldn't you have a camera? If I look through the profiles of users (no apparent sort whatsoever) everyone has a camera listed except those users who are really new and haven't built their profile yet.
Does "w/out camera" mean people with a different kind of camera? I don't think so.

Some users just come to vote and appreciate the photography :)

I've looked through user lists and don't see anyone without a camera. Or maybe I'm just looking at the 'Photographer' list. Where is the non-photographer list? |

All users are in the 'photographer' list. Those without cameras are not very common, and probably hard to find, but they are around.

You can view the users without cameras on the profile page.
