I have an old high school friend that just lost his job due to the company moving it's operations to Denver. He is currently looking for work in the Southern California area and asked me if I knew of anyone hiring. Well, I haven't lived in Cali since 1992, and figured I'd post this here on the off chance that someone here knows someone that can use him.

I've removed all of the personal information except his email address: jasonjem@gmail.com If anyone can help that's great. If anyone can give him some pointers on his resume he'd appreciate that too.

Southern California may well be a growing area, but the mortgage industry specifically is having some tough times right now. Has your friend considered commercial lending or other banking areas?
