Its May 24 and I just woke up to 3.5" of freaking snow in my yard and its the thick heavy kind so I had a hell of a time brushing the car off with my arthritis :(

Sorry, had to get that off my chest.

I came here to agree with you as I thought you were talking about professional liar Tony Snow, but I love the white stuff. Of course here in Memphis, I deal with it maybe 10-15 days a decade.

Heard you guys had a blizzard of sorts going on down there. Hope all those poor trees with their leaves out already don't suffer too much damage from the weight of the snow. So much for the idea that it is safe to put plants in the garden after Victoria day!

Yea alot of the leafy trees are bent over pretty good, some fell down as well as some power lines throughout the city came down. there were easyily 6 or so intersections blacked out completely from no power so the police were out trying to direct rush hour traffic :(

Aww yeah, that sucks. Snow can be really difficult for those of us with physical problems. Sometime today curl up with a good book and a mug of hot chocolate or hot tea.

I wish I could, if the snow keeps up I'll have to shovel the driveway and then snuggle up to a 6 pack of beer or a bottle of tylenol 3 :) Both have similar effects.
