I usually mark where it says âI want to receive a copy of the private message I send someoneâ| here at DPC.
For a while, I havenât been receiving the copy, and I am not sure if the other party, indeed, receives it; anyone??

just a thought...nothing has changed in your email address has it? The few I've done had no problems.
eta: I noticed you changed your name would that have anything to do with it?

Unfortunately, the 'send copy to me' option is in no way a guarantee that the other person received a copy - all it really does is prove that the PM form has been successfully sent. However, this also means that if you don't receive your copy of it, it doesn't mean that the other person hasn't received it... There are many factors that may prevent a PM from being received - broken mail servers, full mailboxes (which is something you - highnooner - have had in the past), errors in email addresses, overly aggressive spam filtering, etc etc, so tailoring the PM system to deal with them all is nearly impossible.

This is going a little off-topic, so I recommend you start a new thread about that. However, my advice would be to force a refresh (ctrl-f5 usually) in your browser to begin with, and if that doesn't work, post the thread :o)

Tareq,
We recently tried to email you in response to a ticket you submitted, and got a bounce-back message that your mailbox was full. This may be why you are not receiving your PM copies.
You may want to confirm that your email program is set to delete messages from the server once they are downloaded. If that doesn't work, I recommend contacting your Internet Service Provider for support.

Sorry Guys... my bad. There was something with the spam settings, seems the hosting company changed the servers without telling us. I have received few PM . It is fixed now.
Thanks to all.
