Looking at buying a Kodak DC265... this a good idea or bad idea!?

Any thoughts would be great.

looks like a downgrade from your current camera and quite bulky too also from megapixel.net's review of the camera they said "..the Kodak DC-265 is equipped with a very low refresh rate LCD screen. The rate is so slow that it makes any real-time preview rather difficult" unless you are wanting to hack with the cameras internal scripting or you are getting the camera very cheap I wouldn't reccommend it
