Good Day
How does one transfer a photo without it becoming PIXELATED?
For a couple of my challenge entries I have recieved comments that the photo is out of focus. When I view my entry, and other some other entries as well, I can see a bit of pixelation around the perimeter of the subject. When I open my file photo the focus is clear and sharp. The slightly blurred pixels are occuring somewhere in the transfer. In the photos that are winning the challenges the focus is always excellent with no pixelation. What am I missing here.
Have a Fun Day. |

It could be the compression of your image when saving the JPEG for DPC. Are you opening the original file or the actual one for DPC? The pixellation normally occurs when a low compression setting is used. Image sizes for DPC are 640px max height/width and 150k file size.

Thanks for the responce.
I am open the file that I have resized to send to DPC. There is no pixelation and the focus is crystal clear. |
