for all the conspiracy theorists...didja happen to notice all three ribbon winners in bubbles were first timers?

I'm sorry, whiterook, it's unclear to me what point you are making. Are you saying the sand photo should have scored as high as the sky photo? Not opinionizing, just asking.

Exactly sand or sky for background should score the same but. Any blue in a picture score higher than brown color by least 1/2 point or more.

| And thats exactly what photography is about. Capturing what is pleasing by using colour, texture, light subject etc. We shoot, enter and learn....hopefully. |
