I have a Dell Inspiron 6400 and am trying to install NeatImage. So I download it and when I go to install, I get an error message that the files are corrupted.

I had a friend install and zip it, then send it to me - same thing. The error message read that now the compressed file was corrupted.

I have McAfee on this computer and am wondering if that is the issue? Does anyone have any wise ideas?

Thanks.

OK, is it getting an error when you try to unzip or when you try to install? If it's when you are trying to unzip, do other files unzip correctly?
