eos 350d with 50/1.8, 20-35/2.8L and a nikon sb-28 flash(for a couple of the shots)

It took about an hour, I walked in, said hello to the owner, discussed which shot he wanted, wrote a quick list and started shooting. After about 45 min the guests started arriving so I snapped some shots of them and then I left.

I was going to use the 135L which I ordered last week, but they couldn't deliver on the agreed time and didn't inform me of that, so now I'm sitting here without a tele and I've got to shoot a concert this sunday.

They are wonderful!
Great lighting in there!
Was it all natural lighting?

I like the one with the pianist and the one with the chef best. They all look tilted to me but, maybe you intended it that way and it works for some of them. Good job. What are they going to use the shots for?

I agree with you about the being the best. And the tilt is intentional, I think it makes the images a bit more dynamic.

I like the one with the couple holding drinks with an appearant camera rotation during the shot. Was this post processesed or done with a slightly longer shutter speed and rotating the camera? I also dig the huge knot tie over a v-neck with a blazer and vest!
