I'm just wondering if there are any would-be web designers out there that are pretty good with overall site design and would be willing to work in their spare time to make a nice website for a new business venture of mine.
Normally, I'd take on the task myself, but I literally have a million things going on at this point and just don't have the time to do it. Unfortunately, I don't have much of a budget to throw at this, so I'd be looking for someone who was just starting out...possibly someone that wanted to put up a nice design and use it in their portfolio for very little.

If you have any HTML/PHP/MySQL/Flash 5/MX questions i can help in my sparetime but i have 7 sites running right now and am redesigning 2 of them.
My own sites been down since 04 lol havent had much time. |
