Do you set the white balance in your camera for infrared with the IR filter on or off your camera? |

on. essentially you want to take a photo of something green with the filter on then set the white balance to that so that green comes out white. It will still need to be worked in photoshop though. |

Or just don't bother and do it all in Photoshop. |
