Cindi,
I think you're all set in FL with your stated expiration time but be aware that in some states if you sell gift cards or gift certificates you can only set an expiration with cards / certificates over a certain value or with other specific restrictions. You may want to check-out the specfics for FL just in case.
At one time I believe some states required that the unredeemed value (again over a certain limit) had to be sent to the state as unclaimed property.

I know that everyone has been focusing on the wording, but I'm more interested in the photo you chose. I think it's a nice picture, but don't think it's quite suitable for this card. The girl on the left seems kind of bored. I'd like to see a photo with a little more "life" to it.

They're already on order. Should be in later this week. I may make several version for different uses. They're definitely affordable enough. I'll let you guys know how they look when I get them.

Oh, they came in week before last while I was out of town. They look great!! Even the fake magstrip looks perfect. :)
I gave the first one out a few days ago to a new mommy for a newborn sitting. :D
I'm pleased with the quality and customer service provided by Marathon Press... will definitely be ordering with them again.
