Or put in easier to comprehend terms - It's also about 10 times as many stars as grains of sand on all the world's beaches and deserts. With that sheer number of stars, there must be a lot more intelligent life out there than most people think.

Personally, I always thought there were just over 71 sextillion, but who am I?

I myself counted 77.3 sextillion just last night. Then again, counting was never my forte.
