Right all, we've got space for one more. Caillie has decided she would prefer not to have the commitment preasure over the next few weeks. As I said before I would prefer to avoid the free agent pool. So; any candidates?

there are many respectable photographers on the free agent list ...
but i don't know any personally ... so to fill the last spot ....

ok, maybe I can start making our team cards? I really like those of

Konador - team Smite Council, I mean drawings, not real photos. What do you think?
If you like this idea, maybe you can give me some hints about depicting you. E.g. short hair, blue eyes, or blue hair and green lips like some kind of fantastic creature or whoever you feel you look like!

and I really don't know any DPCers so to persuade them join us. I think we should continue with Free Agents list.

I finally got around to updating my profile again, and added our team logo to it.

It's so cool to finally have a team logo on my profile. I'm chuffed :-)

Also, I started doing some voting and commenting (as I mentioned: I haven't been very active in the past couple of months).

Anyway, I always try to be constructive in my criticism, and I believe in giving praise where praise is due. However, due to a combination of late nights/lots of entries/lazy typing/poorly communicated ideas, I realise that sometimes my criticisms might seem harsh.

And it dawned on me that I might be voting/commenting on one of my fellow team member's photos... (I've never had to deal with affiliations before).

So, if ever any of my comments on your photos seems harsh, please know that I always try to leave comments with the best of intentions - that is to help everyone learn and improve on their photography.

I don't want to dis any of my team mates! Let me know if I've ever upset you :-)

Hi Ralph; Yes, it is. Roughly 8 weeks to go. Not an exaatc science though.

Right; everyone geared up for the week ahead? Can't wait to see which team we are pitched against, and what challenges we will be contesting.

I'm excited, but a little nervous. This week is going to be a little crazy for me, but I'm determined to find the time to shoot and pull my weight for the team. I hope we get some good challenges!
