My experince is that I can use a 4 gig card, but I can't format it in camera. Kinda sucks.

| Get a Pentax, they use all SD and SDHC cards, :) |

Found this link. Mentions that some have gotten the 4GB cards to work, even though it is stated that it only handles up to the 2GB card. Might help.
D50 and 4GB card
Found another. This has an explanation of how they got it to work. :~)

Thanks for the links to the site. Sounds like I could use a 4 gig, but it would be a hassle. I guess I will just by 2 and then take a break after 270 shots while I load another card. Doesn't sound like the end of the world I guess :)
