I need help on diffusing light... I assume I will need to get a diffuser screen or something like that. Any suggestions????

You can use a light tent if your subject is small enough, or you can reflect your light source off the inside of an umbrella made for this purpose. The umbrella(s) works great with remote flash units as well.
If all you need is a bit of diffusion, e.g. to soften shadows from a flash, try a "bounce card". For more diffusion with flash, try a bounce off the ceiling. Note this last method may proudce color cast if the ceiling is not white.

I've found this fanfold insulation to be a pretty good difuser/reflector. It is styrofoam with foil backing and a layer of opaque plastic on top of the foil. I used it for this shot.
