this shot appeared me quite curious and interesting but once resized and adjusted the colors...
It's is not so particular or it should be more elaborated?
thanks in advance

I also think it is an interesting picture. I would simplify it, though. Maybe crop out the lady (whole left side) and make the top and bottom crops a bit tighter.

I think it's a very interesting photo, the more I studied it the more I read into it! You're eye was doing you well in this one. I thought I would try an edit for you to see what you think.

One more!!! This would look a lot better if I had the original image to work with, but I had to play anyway! :)

I can't imagine cropping out the lady. To me, the whole point of the image is to depict the obvious admiration she is receiving. I was amused to see that this was probably taken in Italy. It reminds me of a classic photograph that I've seen in posters; I think it was a woman passing by Italian men on scooters. Wish I could find it.

I like the B/W treatment. The more artistic, the better, since the lighting is pretty harsh. I also wonder whether or not it might make an interesting triptych.

Edit to add some examples of how I envision it. Be advised that I'm a Photoshop butcher; but perhaps it gets the idea across?

Here's the photographer I was thinking of:

Ruth Orkin

And the image:

"American Girl in Italy"

WOW! Thanks guys and ... girls especially!

bdenny: thanks for your comment but I believe the others have already given the majority's answer in a practical way!

bowronfam3: extended the edit in the horizontal direction was my idea too and I like a lot your work on the shadows.

greatandsmall: why small? ;)
I have to thank you particularly because your works on my pic are... great! How can I modify it now?
I understood what picture you was referring and I'm proud to have evocate it in your mind but I think the only thing they have in common is the italian location :)))
I'm jocking but thanks a lot for the comparison: I'd like to do some shots as Orkin did... one day!

Ben: thank you for the comment but unfortunately image is not viewable :( please try again

was does the original look like?
i think i like the image but not the crop
edit:
forget about viewing it on the web for a minute and needing to be able to get in close to the people and seeing their faces, for me this is about the diversity, the body language and of course last but not least the shadows.

I would've tried more of an angle from the Right or Left. That would lead-in, perspectively, like railroad tracks, to the guys looking at the girl, or the girl thinking about being looked at by the guys.

Also placing the girl at a Higher or Lower angle then the guys would emphasize which has more, apparent, power or dominance.
