yep - its the same voter / commenter.
According to the voting guidlines:
DPC Will:
ignore the votes of any user we believe is voting disruptively.
At what point does a voter qualify as disruptive? |

Now now, this is not "disruptive voting" as such - the voter is entitled to their opinion, however "concise" it seems :-) .... Perhaps English is a real problem and the voter in all honesty can't leave a comment. Agreed that perhaps in such a case no comment would be better, but that's how the cookie crumbles?

At what point does pointed snarkiness qualify as voter harassment? I don't like my score either, but really, what makes anyone here think their retaliation is right?

I think the topic of this person's commenting should be DROPPED.
Forum rules:
"#10 - Do not publicly accuse other participants of rules violations. If you believe a rule has been broken, report the post and do not reply.
#11 - Do not attack other users. This includes "calling out" specific comments or commenters in a hostile manner. Personal attacks are never appropriate in a constructive discussion. If you disagree with another participant, address their points without attacking them personally. Be aware that others may have differing opinions of a personal attack, so use care when posting. Please note that this includes publicly "calling out" commenters (whether by name or not) in a hostile way." |

I'm happy, I just want it to be in my top four personal images. Too bad 6.7 will land you somewhere like 40th. |

I haven't got one in the Free Study (left it to the last moment, then lost internet connection :¬() so haven't got the vote score comment. Whilst just leaving a score may not be helpful in its own right, at least the voter had the courage of their convictions to put their name to a score. Doesn't seem to be something that should be denegrated to me. |

If you have an issue with a comment that you've received, feel free to address it using the "report post" button that accompanies each one or to send us a ticket via the Help menu. As always, public call-outs and retaliatory comments are not acceptable behaviors at DPC. |

#10 - Voting Guidelines are not Rules. Therefore there is no "rules violation" to report. I was seeking clarification about the voting guideline. This specific guidline is ambiguous and open for interpretation.
#11 - I think if you re-read my post and the other posts regarding comments received from this voter you will see that there were no personal attacks or hostility from me or anyone else. |

I agree...I just thought it was funny that my score went up after the comment was made. :) |

And our numeric commentor gave me "5". I am not bothered so much by the number but by the fact that the extent of effort it took to tell me they gave me a 5. lol

This was really weird, I just recieved a really nice comment, and the stat tracker showed that the person gave me a "2". It was like a 2 sentence nice comment, and they were the only person to view it within the last 5 minutes. And my score dropped drastically. I typed it in, and it said a 2!! lol.... wow... anything like that happen to anyone before? |

Regarding the discussion of the "numeric comments" it is against forum rules to call out users in public forum. The comments were reported, and we have dealt with the "issue." Calling the user out is only sure to generate hard feelings. Please refrain from doing so. |

I was at 5.0000 this morning - I guess the more generous voters have come on shift.
Still, amazing to me there are only 46 shots, even with the site having been down. Everything could change so fast! Very exciting. |

I'm not sure I've ever had the addition of my two current scores sum nearly 14.5. Gotta like that... :)
