Sorry I had to change a few times. I was confused myself. Ben joined after Rob stepped down.

okay team I have uploaded the new trading cards and they are on my workshop page. Lets keep them there so when I update pictures/scores they will update everyones instead of having everyone update them all the time. all you have to do is paste the html code into your signature and it should look like mine below.

If you would like a different picture just let me know and I can change them. Thanks guys and let me know what you think.

Congratulations, I am envious!

I work in CE. I am a Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning and Refrigeration troop by trade, but there are too many of us here at Osan so I am now the Environmental Flight Superintended.

Killer. There are jobs out here when your time comes. I was a comm troop. Network engineering was my last job. I am working as a network analyst/network security for the local hospital now. It is definitly a different world. Traded in the BDU's for slacks and a tie. Loving every minute of it.

My Bachelor's is in CIS in Business, but I don't know if I want to work with computers when I get out. I am thinking more along the lines of UPS truck driver, or Budweiser delivery man.

I almost took a job at Sears as a warehouse manager, but the hospital offered alot more money and better benefits. I could not do the Budweiser thing, something about drinking away your paycheck:)

I was in the army for 4 years and decided to ETS the first chance I had. A few years later I too was in the computer field. I learned most of it on my own just goofing off with all the computers that I have and I applied for a job at an insurance company. I was in IT for 2 years when I then decided that I wanted to start flipping houses. That is what I am still doing today.

Outstanding. I know there is good money there if you can turn it over fast enough. I bet it is hell on the nerves though.

I think the only part that is really frustrating is trying to get the contractors in there. It took me about 1.5 months to get a freaking plumber in there and every time I told them what I wanted they never called me back. I ended up doing the plumbing. Good thing my electrician is my father in-law so it wasn't so bad getting him in there but I tell ya what.

I am getting so close to finishing my first house and I am getting excited. I am doing everything myself (well I hired a guy from the day labor place to help) but I did everything in that house but the HVAC and the ELE.

Good luck to ya.I hope it turns quickly and generates a nice profit. The bottom line is doing something that you enjoy.
