Some time ago, someone posted a picture of a night street scene that had motion and flashing lights in it. Through a forum thread, it was decided that what we were seeing was a steady light that was cycling because of the AC power source. Normally the flashes are too quick to see, but the motion smeared them across the image. I think there might have been a bike, and it might have been raining.
Anybody know it?
