Did you get teh cords that connect them to your flash units? They come with something, a PC to mini (they take the mini end)
They come with batteries (AAs) and are pretty simplistic to use.

Hey if anyone buys Pocket wizards for use with alenbees, do not spend the 21 dollars on the 1/8" mini to 1/8"mini cables! You can go to radio shack and buy a mono cable for 3 dollars! It's the exact same thing.
