I don't know, the guy is for real - I've seen different photos of him before. The woman... it looks set up to me. It appears she has multiple cameras with the same lens as well as multiple brands.
BTW, it's "Ken" ;)

Yeah, actually they both are unemployed actors. A real photographer paid them money to pose for him with 'rented gear'.
Ken, if that actually is his real name, usually works as the Batman figure in front of Mann's Chinese Theater.
And Barbie, for lack of a better name, works at the local McDonalds by day and auditions at night. Ironically, Barbie still shoots with her 110 film camera that her great grandfather gave her on her 21'st birthday.
