Since I haven't entered a challenge for a while I'd like to have a go at this one, but I have a query. Are there any rules about how the triptych may be constructed - adjoining panels, inserts, frames etc. I have looked at the previous Triptych challenge and seen the variety of styles used, but I don't know the rules from that time that well. At present it would appear that some of those entires would fall foul of the single frame around the entry rule.

Also I have some triptych frmaes on my laptop that i got on a magazine disc - can I use those or do they count as an image ?
